1. How long does it take for delivery?
When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major metro cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Auro candles is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes .
Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

 

2. Can I have my order delivered on a particular day?
We strive to deliver products purchased from Aurocandle.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can't commit on the same.

 

3.How can I track my order
Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order that appears in the right hand side of our homepage. 4.Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?
We apologize but we do not have the facility of returning the product to the courier agent and take the cash back from him. In case you are not satisfied with the product, please drop us an email at info@aurocandle.com

 

5.Do you delivery pan India.
We strive to deliver our products to pan India, however at present we deliver only to the locations serviced by our courier partner.

 

6.Does Aurocandle.com deliver products outside India?
We are currently not delivering products outside India. To arrange for a delivery, kindly email to info@aurocandle.com and we will send you a shipping quote for the same.

 

7.My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately. drop us an email at info@aurocandles.com . An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, Aurocandle.com reserves the right to cancel the sale contract .

 

8.How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
We would able to change the shipping address till the time we have not packed and shipped the order. Kindly drop in email at info@aurocandle.com and tell us your new shipping address.

 

9 . How do you calculate the Shipping Charges ?
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
