Can I cancel an order?

Auro candle endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

 

In which cases can I return the product?

You can return a product in the following two scenarios:

1. A product is damaged, possibly in transit. Auro candle does have a highly stringent Quality Control Department; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed.
2. If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation)then we are open to re-fulfilling your order or refunding the amount . Your refund will be in the form of Auro candle Credits, which can be used for any of your purchases of the same or more amount with us. The subsequent purchases need to be made within 60 days. The credit has to be used in one purchase.

 

When can I return the product?
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours from the date of receiving your shipment.
email us at info@aurocandle.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

 

Who pays the postal/shipping charges for the returned goods?

This depends on things such as the availability of our associated courier services in your area, the size / weight of the product. You can get in touch with our Customer Service by sending us an email to info@aurocandle.comor can call us on between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

 

Terms & Conditions for Return:

1. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
2 . No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
3. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
4. The product you're returning must be unused and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
5. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
6. Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
7. Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.
